Experience:
Mr. Bergman has been Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Henry Schein, Inc. since 1989, and a Director of the Company since 1982. He served as Executive Vice President of the Company from 1985 to 1989, and Vice President of Finance and Administration of the Company from 1980 to 1985.

Mr. Bergman is an active supporter of organisations fostering the arts, higher education, cultural diversity and grassroots healthcare and sustainable entrepreneurial economic development initiatives in the Unites States, Africa and other developing regions of the world. Mr. Bergman serves on a number of boards in related areas including the University of Pennsylvania, New York University, the University of Witwatersrand, Tel Aviv University, the Metropolitan Opera, and the Business Council for International Understanding. In addition, Mr. Bergman has been active in numerous dental industry and professional associations, including the American Dental Association (where he served on the Oversight Committee, Future of Dentistry Project for the ADA and was awarded honorary membership) and The Forsyth Institute, the premiere oral health research institution in the United States.

Experience:
Dr Nichols was a Non-Executive Director from 1985–2004, he was Chairman in 2004 and has held the position of Chief Executive Officer since January 2005 as well as maintaining his role as a Director. He is a member of the Risk Management Committee and the Nomination and Organisation Committee. Dr Nichols is a registered Veterinary Surgeon and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and is a Director of a number of private companies.

Experience:
Chris Lowndes joined the Provet Group in 2003 as Chief Financial Officer, taking on the Company Secretorial role in 2006. He became a Chartered Accountant in 1994 while at PricewaterhouseCoopers in their audit division and then moved into their business consulting division, before moving into senior financial management roles in commerce from 1998.

Experience:
Chairman from 1st January 2006 Dr McGilvray has been a Non-Executive Director since 1985. He was Chairman of the Audit Committee from 2002 to 2005 and as Board Chairman, is currently an ex-officio member of all Board Committees. He is a registered Veterinary Surgeon, Fellow of the AVA and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Dr McGilvray is President of the Veterinary Practitioner’s Board of NSW and Deputy Chairman of North State Finance Pty Ltd. Chairman of Australasian Veterinary Boards Council Inc.

Experience:
Dr Maclachlan has been a Non-Executive Director since 2003. He is the current Chairman of the Audit and Compliance Committee and is a member of the Remuneration Committee. Dr Maclachlan is a registered Veterinary Surgeon, current President of the New Zealand Veterinary Association and is a member of the Institute of Directors (NZ). Director of The Foundation for Continuing Education (VetLearn NZ).
