What is e-Order?

e-Order uses the Internet as the medium to communicate product catalogue updates, orders and other information between Provet and the customer.  Used in conjunction with barcode technology, e-Order is a practical, easy to use system that simplifies the ordering and inventory management process in today’s veterinary practice.

 
e-Order software provides:

• A fully searchable product catalogue with pricing and information specific to the customer.
• Facilities to create and place orders electronically with Provet and review order history.
• Tools to request back order reports, communicate with the Customer Service Team and perform other routine day-to-day order related tasks electronically.
• Options to track and report product usage and perform stock takes.

e-Order is available for practices at a minimal cost (optional scanner). We install, train and provide IT support on e-Order on an on-going basis.
