Following the successful online HUB late last year, VBG will be regrouping on the key takeaways discussed, and sharing any new insights gained in the past three months.

Presented by the VBG Executive Committee and industry leaders, the VBG HUB series will run across two weeks at lunchtime covering the following topics: coaching versus managing, staff shortages, efficiencies in practice, collaboration between practices, and maximising client compliance.

The series is designed to provide Veterinarians, Nurses, Technicians, Practice Managers, clinic staff, students and new graduates interested in veterinary business with tangible take homes to use every day in practice. It is an opportunity to engage with peers in a collaborative environment, reviewing current challenges in the veterinary business landscape and share potential solutions.
