The Victorian Bushfires and rising flood waters in North Queensland are having a devastating impact on families, pets, livestock, and wildlife. To support you, your teams, and the animals you may treat, Provet would like to announce that our Disaster Relief Fund will cover both the Bushfires and flood zones in Victoria and North Queensland.
Is your practice affected?
Provet has set up a Disaster Relief Fund with an initial donation of $10,000 in products, which may be accessed by bushfire and flood-affected veterinary practices to support their communities, pets and livestock.
To ensure that we can help as many clinics as possible, each order is limited to $500 ex GST, however we will continue to review this limit, and larger requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To donate your Provet PLUS Points to the Provet disaster relief fund, please download the redemption form below and return it to the Provet Customer Service Admin team at your earliest convenience.
Delivery service update
VIC – Service has been restored to all areas previously impacted by the recent fire events. Effective today, services resume to normal activity.
QLD – Services are returning to normal in most areas impacted by rising flood waters. TGE road delivery services are still impacted due to the road closures up to Emerald and Claremont. Cold chain deliveries will be sent by airbag to ensure products are delivered to Veterinary clinics, in areas in West QLD – Conclurry, Julia Creek, Hughenden and Mount Isa.
