Provet PLUS Terms and Conditions

Additional terms and conditions apply to redemptions with our Business Reward Partners and Travel Reward Partners which are listed below.

  1. You must be a member of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program to be eligible to redeem this business reward.
  2. Provet PLUS points can be redeemed to Qantas Frequent Flyer points at a rate of 1.5 Provet PLUS points to 1 Qantas Frequent Flyer point.
  3. Provet PLUS points must be redeemed in multiples of 7,500 points when converting to Qantas Frequent Flyer points.
  4. Once your Provet PLUS points have been redeemed for a business reward it is no longer the responsibility of Provet should your reward be damaged, lost or stolen.
  5. It is not the responsibility of Provet to reimburse business rewards if they are not used within the validity period.
  6. Once a request for transferring Provet PLUS points has been received, points will be transferred to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account within 3 to 5 business days.
  7. If a point transfer is rejected after it has been processed, Provet will notify the customer and endeavour to rectify the situation.
  8. In order to redeem your Provet PLUS points as Qantas Frequent Flyer points you need to visit the Provet website and complete the online point transfer form.
  9. In order to convert your points you must provide your Provet PLUS account number, the exact name as appears on your Qantas Frequent Flyer membership card as well as your correct Qantas membership number.
  10. These terms and conditions are free to change at any time and it is the responsibility of the member to monitor this information.

  1. You are able to redeem your Provet PLUS points for Coles Group & Myer Gift Cards or Woolworths WISH Gift Cards. You are able to redeem points for multiple Gift Card values and quantities.
  2. Gift Cards will incur various fees and charges which will automatically be added onto your Provet PLUS transaction.
  3. Once your Provet PLUS points have been redeemed for a business reward it is no longer the responsibility of Provet should your reward be damaged, lost or stolen.
  4. It is not the responsibility of Provet to reimburse business rewards if they are not used within the validity period.
  5. In order to redeem your Provet PLUS points as Gift Cards you need to visit the Provet website and complete the online redemption form.
  6. In order to convert your points you must provide your Provet PLUS account number, your contact details and the address of your clinic/practice to verify your account.
  7. The delivery fee for gift cards will be added to the overall redemption value and included in the total number of Provet PLUS Points removed from a clinics account.
  8. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or traveller’s cheques.
    Gift Cards expiration dates vary from one to two years from the date of issue. Please check your gift cards to verify the expiry date.
