If your business email address ends in bigpond.com or telstra.com you may be unable to receive emails from Covetrus email addresses, which are used by all Provet staff. It’s likely this may be affecting other businesses and professionals you deal with too.
You can fix this by adding us to your Safe Senders list in Telstra Mail Webmail using the steps below.
- Log in to Telstra Mail Webmail: Go to the Bigpond or Telstra webmail login page and sign in using your credentials.
- Access Settings: Click the gear icon (Settings) in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- Navigate to Mail: Under the “Mail” section, select “Safe Senders”.
- Add the Email Address: In the “Add email address” field, enter *@covetrus.com
- Click Add: Press the Add button to add the address to your safe senders list.
- Check your Inbox: All future emails from us should now arrive in your inbox.
