Provet PLUS+ Gift Card Redemptions

Due to the advice on safety regulations and guidelines relating to COVID-19, we have had to review our gift card redemption process. Your requests will be processed within 20 business days and we have made some changes that may affect delivery times.

Changes to Coles Myer Gift Card Redemptions:

Coles Myer Gift Cards continue to be redeemed as physical gift cards, however, these cards will now be delivered directly to your clinic via Coles Myer. Please allow up to 20 business days for processing and an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery, subject to public holidays and peak periods.

Once your gift cards have arrived, you will need to contact your local Provet Branch to have the cards activated.

Provet PLUS redemptions will only be processed providing that your Provet PLUS balance has adequate funds to cover the transaction.
100 Provet PLUS Points = $1.00. Please note: a $14.85 (inc GST) fee applies for processing and delivery.
Please allow up to 20 business days for processing and delivery of gift cards. The cards will be delivered to your clinic and you will need to call your local Provet Customer Service team to activate them.
