Due to the advice on safety regulations and guidelines relating to COVID-19, we have had to review our gift card redemption process. Your requests will be processed within 20 business days and we have made some changes that may affect delivery times.
Coles Myer Gift Cards continue to be redeemed as physical gift cards, however, these cards will now be delivered directly to your clinic via Coles Myer. Please allow up to 20 business days for processing and an additional 3 to 5 business days for delivery, subject to public holidays and peak periods.
Once your gift cards have arrived, you will need to contact your local Provet Branch to have the cards activated.
Woolworths WISH Gift Cards have switched from a physical Gift Card to an eGift Card. You can continue to enjoy redeeming eGift Cards at Woolworths, BIG W, BWS, Dan Murphy’s and participating EG and Caltex Woolworths fuel sites.
Delivery times for eGift Cards are reduced, however please allow up to 20 business days for processing, subject to public holidays and peak periods. The $14.95 delivery fee will no longer apply to eGift cards as they will be emailed to you. You will need to nominate an email address for the eGift cards to be sent to.
